Application for exhibitors from the automotive supplier industry

European exhibitors

European exhibitors (suppliers) have two different options to participate in Auto Shanghai 2025.

1. Individual stand:

A favourable opportunity for companies, who have a specific vision of their trade fair appearance, by choosing a certain size and a certain stand package or having even an individual stand design.

The application forms for raw space and stand packages (mandatory for stands smaller than 36 sqm) can be found as pdf documents in the download area below.

Both applications can be arranged by entering all company data computer-aided, printing and putting a valid signature and a company stamp on it.

2. International Pavilion participation:

A good opportunity for companies, who look for an all-inclusive service package (small and medium-sized companies, start-ups, etc.):

• Around 6 sqm exhibition space with 1 barstool, 1 counter with company logo, backwall with advertising space incl. digital print graphic, 1 brochure rack
• Free use of central meeting area by all pavilion exhibitors
• Presentation opportunity: 2 timeslots of 20 minutes on one of the media days (23/24 April) and one of the trade visitor days (25/26 April) each

It can be arranged by entering all company data computer-aided, printing and putting a valid signature and a company stamp on it.

German Pavilion exhibitors

The registration and application for German Pavilion participants can be arranged only online. The binding deadline for German Pavilion applications has been extended to 15 November 2024.
